Job summary

The University of Miami Health System (UHealth) IT Department seeks a Sr. Executive & VIP Endpoint Support Specialist for full-time, onsite work at the Medical Campus in Miami, Florida.

You will provide confidential, white-glove endpoint, mobile, and audiovisual support for senior leaders, including the President and Provost, ensuring high availability and security of executive environments. Qualifications

• Associate degree in relevant field required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides dedicated, high-touch support to executives and VIPs as the primary escalation point for complex endpoint, mobile, and presentation issues.
• Maintains understanding of executive technology preferences and workflows to enhance productivity.
• Oversees travel-related technology needs for executive offices and residences.
• Drives resolution of high-impact technology incidents affecting senior leadership and events.
• Leads cross-functional escalations with infrastructure, security, applications, vendors, and leadership teams.
