Job summary

IT Resources seeks an Executive IT Support Specialist to provide white-glove tech support to C-Suite leaders and senior executives, with both onsite and remote support in the Tampa area.

The role requires discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach to ensuring a seamless technology experience in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel is expected to support executives and events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT support experience, including executive or VIP support.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, AD, iPhone/iPad, and MDM.
• Experience with conference room tech, Teams, Zoom, and AV systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch IT support for executives and VIP users.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops and mobile devices.
• Manage user accounts and access in AD and Microsoft 365.
• Support executive conference rooms and video conferencing.
• Configure and maintain computers and executive devices.
• Provide meeting support to ensure flawless tech at events.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Travel occasionally to support executives and events.
