Job summary

LaSalle Network in Rosemont, IL seeks an Executive IT Support Analyst to join a high-touch end-user support team. This role provides white-glove technical support to executives, VIP users, and other key stakeholders in a highly customer-focused environment.

You will troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, and mobile devices while delivering professional service. This contract-to-hire position offers hybrid work and a pay rate of $47-$50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot user accounts in Azure/Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Provide technical support for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and discretion.
• Build strong relationships with users and respond promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless support experience.

Job description

We are seeking an Executive IT Support Analyst to join a high-touch end-user support team in Rosemont, Illinois. This role provides white-glove technical support to executives, VIP users, and other key stakeholders in a highly customer-focused environment. Success in this position is driven as much by professionalism, communication skills, responsiveness, and relationship-building as it is by technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite executive-level technical support for end users in a white-glove support environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, mobile device, and account access issues.
• Support Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot user accounts and permissions within Microsoft Azure/Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Provide technical support for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
• Build strong working relationships with users and respond promptly to support requests.
• Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a seamless support experience.
• Take ownership of incidents and service requests through successful resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently and professionally with executives and business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Executive or VIP support experience.
• White-glove support experience.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives or high-touch user populations.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury service, private clubs, resorts, family offices, or similarly service-focused environments.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Experience supporting highly private or high-profile clientele.

• Employment Type: Contract-to-hire
• Contract Pay Rate: $47.00-$50.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
