DAT is seeking a Senior Technical Support & Integration Specialist to join our Product Support team in Tigard, OR (Hybrid). You’ll be the technical authority for our SaaS product suite and integration ecosystem, partnering with VIP enterprise customers to architect, validate, and support custom integrations while mentoring the team.

You will manage complex multi-week cases, lead technical sessions with executives, and contribute to knowledge bases and runbooks to upskill the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of direct experience delivering Tier 2/Tier 3 technical support or integration engineering for SaaS products.
• Strong technical background in integrations: REST/JSON/SOAP, API calls, data payloads, and debugging.
• Demonstrated case management experience with long-running technical cases.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication of complex technical concepts.

Aufgaben

• VIP Customer Integration & Technical Advisory: lead design, configure, and troubleshoot API and system integrations with VIP customers.
• Advanced Case Management & Technical Escalations: own multi-week technical cases with thorough root cause analysis.
• Engineering Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer: translate customer issues into bug reports and change requests; participate in UAT and create runbooks.
