Job summary

Versapay is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist to join the Customer Care team. You will provide advanced functional and technical support for ERP integrations, including NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365 BC, and other ERP solutions.

You will troubleshoot complex integration, payment processing, and accounting issues while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP experience in functional, consulting, implementation, or technical support roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced functional and technical support for ERP integrations and payment processing.
• Troubleshoot complex ERP issues and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to improve experiences.
• Support ERP customers in a technical support or care environment.
• Assist with knowledge base articles and process improvements.
