DAT Freight Solutions in Tigard, OR is seeking a Senior Technical Support & Integration Specialist to join the award-winning Product Support team. This hybrid role partners with VIP enterprise customers to architect, validate, and support complex integrations across our SaaS product suite.

You'll lead technical sessions, manage multi-week cases, mentor teammates, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to translate client needs into actionable improvements.

Formación

• 3–5+ years delivering Tier 2/3 technical support or integration engineering for SaaS.
• Strong integration background with REST/JSON/SOAP APIs, and Postman testing.
• Experience managing a high-volume queue of long-running, multi-week cases.
• CompTIA A+ and/or Network+ certification preferred.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; CS/IT degree preferred.
• Must use a wired ethernet connection for hybrid work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead VIP technical sessions to design and troubleshoot API integrations.
• Certify custom integrations for customers not using off-the-shelf software.
• Advise during onboarding, migrations, and complex updates.
• Manage a heavy queue of multi-week technical cases with root-cause analysis.
• Monitor volume and escalate VIP issues to mitigate risk.
• Fill in for frontline channels during spikes.
• Translate customer defects into bug reports and change requests.
• Participate in UAT for releases.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge bases and runbooks.
