Job summary

The Mina Group, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Revenue & Experience Manager in Portland, OR to maximize topline revenue through private dining, group sales, and on-site activations. You’ll forecast, track group sales performance, and coordinate with marketing and operations to ensure every seat is optimized.

You will own the private dining pipeline, lead activations, and elevate guest interactions with creativity and poise, balancing revenue goals with memorable experiences for high-value guests.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hospitality experience, preferably fine dining or luxury hotels.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or culinary degree preferred.
• Proficiency with POS, CRM and event management systems; Excel a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own large-party and private dining pipeline, driving bookings and revenue.
• Lead marketing activations and elevate guest interactions and partnerships.
• Optimize reservations flow, forecast group sales, and track performance.
• Collaborate across sales, guest experience, marketing and operations to maximize profitability.
