Qualifications

• 4 years’ experience in a fine dining high-volume restaurant.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of Japanese products and sushi is a plus.
• Understanding of safety and hygiene protocols.
• Experience with HR practices and labor laws.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work over 40 hours per week.
