Job summary

SISL Global in the United States is seeking an IT Desktop Support Specialist to manage imaging, deployment, and ongoing tech support for Windows and Mac platforms. The role includes printer setup, asset tagging, and coordination with vendors for hardware repairs.

You will also handle post deployment troubleshooting, executive support, and AV health checks while maintaining meticulous ticketing records and inventory reports.

Qualifications

• Proven IT experience in desktop support or help desk roles.
• Experience imaging Windows 10 and supporting Windows/Mac platforms.
• Knowledge of basic networking and software/hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and ability to prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Image and install software on Windows and Mac devices including Macs and iMacs.
• Troubleshoot post deployment issues on Windows, Macintosh and mobile devices.
• Printer installation and break-fix; asset tagging and inventory entry.
• Coordinate with vendors for dispatch and repair of hardware.
• Open/close service requests; track tickets and maintain records.
• Provide VIP and executive support; health checks for audio/video setups.
