Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Deskside Support Technician to join our Alpharetta client site in Georgia. This on-site role supports end users, resolves technical issues, performs MAC-related tasks, and uses ServiceNow for ticketing.

Candidates should have 4+ years in end-user/desktop support, strong Windows OS experience, and be able to work a flexible schedule. Local travel between client offices may be required; benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with end user support and desktop support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system, TCP/IP, DHCP, Device Manager, Registry Editor, User Manager and/or Admin Commands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day operation of applications and equipment; identify, research and resolve technical problems.
• Provide deskside assistance and knowledge transfer to end users on computer issues.
• Perform scheduled moves, installations, and cancellations; MAC-related tasks.
• Provide level II support with high customer satisfaction and coordinate with IT staff.
• Elevate unresolved issues to management when needed and seek known solutions.
• Use ServiceNow for issue tracking; ensure tickets are properly documented and followed up.
• Resolve tickets within documented service levels and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Assist in documenting improvements to processes and SOPs.
