Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management seeks a VIP Travel Consultant to manage all aspects of travel for VIP clients, including domestic and complex international itineraries. You will communicate across channels to determine needs, book via Sabre, and coordinate hotel, car, and train reservations with precision.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, open communication with airlines, adherence to policies, and ongoing training to deepen industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience booking corporate domestic and international travel; complex international a plus.
• Experience with VIP clients and high touch service.
• Experience with Visa/Passports preferred.
• Sabre required; Amadeus a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes.
• Use Sabre to book airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain knowledge to assist clients without delay.
• Provide travel expertise and issue quotes for international travel.
• Meet KPIs and adhere to schedules.
