ADTRAV Travel Management seeks a VIP Travel Consultant to manage all aspects of travel for VIP clients across domestic and international itineraries. You will converse with clients via calls and email to determine destinations, dates, and preferences, then book through Sabre and issue airline, hotel, car, and train reservations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of experience booking corporate domestic and international travel; complex international a plus.
• Experience with VIP clients and providing high-touch, white-glove service.
• Prior experience with Visa/Passports preferred.
• Knowledge of city, airline, hotel and car rental codes.
• Understanding of Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement.
• Ability to weigh cost benefits and propose travel options within policy.
• Strong computer and typing skills; proficient with multiple programs.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and meet home-office requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and emails from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes to itineraries.
• Use Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain account knowledge to assist clients promptly.
• Provide travel expertise and quotes for international travel.
• Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
• Follow policies and approved workflows for servicing travelers.
• Participate in ongoing training to build knowledge of the industry.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and colleagues.
