ADTRAV Travel Management is seeking a VIP Travel Consultant to manage travel for affluent clients across domestic and complex international itineraries. You will converse with clients via multiple channels to determine destinations, transportation, dates, and accommodations, then book and issue itineraries through a Sabre-based system.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 5+ years in corporate travel, VIP client experience, and strong English communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years booking corporate domestic and international travel; complex international a plus.
• VIP client experience with high-touch, white-glove service.
• GDS experience required; Sabre required, Amadeus a plus.
• Knowledge of city/airline/hotel/car rental codes.
• Understanding of Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement.
• Ability to weigh cost options within corporate policy.
• Strong computer/typing skills; multitask across programs.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes.
• Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain account knowledge to assist clients without delay.
• Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and completed tickets.
• Provide travel expertise and timely quotes for international travel.
• Meet KPIs and maintain attendance and schedule adherence.
• Communicate with airlines on changes and upgrades; update clients.
• Follow ADTRAV policies and approved workflows for travelers.
• Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and problem-solving.
• Participate in ongoing training to grow travel industry knowledge.
