Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management is seeking a VIP Travel Consultant to manage all aspects of travel for VIP clients, including complex domestic and international itineraries. The role involves multi-channel client communication, quoting travel options, and issuing airline, hotel, car, and train reservations via Sabre.

A strong focus on accuracy, policy adherence, and exceptional customer service is essential. Qualified candidates will have at least five years of corporate travel booking experience,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of experience booking corporate travel including international.
• VIP client experience and high-touch service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from VIP clients for new or changed itineraries.
• Use Sabre to book airline, hotel, car and other reservations.
• Provide travel expertise and timely updates to clients.
• Meet KPIs and maintain attendance and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
