ADTRAV Travel Management seeks a VIP Travel Consultant to manage complex itineraries for VIP clients. You will communicate across channels to determine destination, travel dates, and accommodations, then book domestic and international travel via Sabre and other tools.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience booking corporate domestic and international travel; complex international a plus.
• Experience with VIP clients and providing high touch, white glove service.
• Visa/Passports preferred.
• Knowledge of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes.
• Understanding of Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement.
• Ability to weigh cost benefits and offer travel options within policy.
• Strong computer and typing skills; able to navigate multiple programs.

Aufgaben

• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes to itineraries.
• Use Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain knowledge to assist clients without delay.
• Maintain non-stop programs and referrals.
• Provide travel expertise to clients; send quotes for international travel.
• Follow company policies and approved workflows for service delivery.
• Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions with travelers.
