ADTRAV Travel Management hires Travel Consultants to manage client travel from start to finish. You will converse with clients across channels to determine destination, dates, and accommodations, then book domestic and complex international itineraries using Sabre.

Responsibilities include timely responses to inquiries, maintaining account knowledge, and meeting KPIs while delivering excellent customer service and adhering to company policies. Remote work is supported where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel; complex international a plus.
• Experience using a GDS System; Sabre required, Amadeus a plus.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes.
• Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Provide travel expertise and send quotes for international travel.
• Meet KPIs and maintain consistent attendance and schedule adherence.
• Communicate with airlines on changes and provide updates to clients.
