Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management is seeking Travel Consultants to manage all aspects of client travel, including domestic and complex international itineraries. You will book via Sabre, handle airline, hotel, car, and train reservations, and deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels.

Remote work with a US-based schedule is available with benefits and potential bonuses. The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years in travel booking, Sabre experience, and knowledge of travel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel; complex international a plus.
• GDS system experience; Sabre required, Amadeus a plus.
• Highly knowledgeable of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes.
• Understanding of Fly America Act and Open Skies Agreement.
• Strong computer and typing skills; multitasking across programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails from clients requesting travel arrangements or changes.
• Utilize Sabre to book airline, hotel, car, and other reservations.
• Maintain account knowledge to assist clients without delay.
• Meet KPIs and maintain attendance and schedule adherence.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solve traveler issues.
