Job summary

ADTRAV Travel Management is seeking a VIP Travel Consultant to manage travel arrangements for VIP clients across domestic and international itineraries. You will use Sabre to book airline, hotel, car, and other reservations while delivering high-touch service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate travel, strong English communication, and the ability to work remotely with flexible hours to meet client needs and KPIs. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience booking corporate travel, including international travel.
• VIP client experience and high-touch service.
• Experience with a GDS system; Sabre required; Amadeus a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and emails to arrange and amend itineraries.
• Book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations using Sabre.
• Provide travel expertise and quote international travel where needed.
• Meet KPIs and maintain schedule adherence.
• Communicate updates to clients and airlines and follow company workflows.
