PIVOT Agency is seeking a Corporate Travel Agent contractor to support business travelers and executives with policy‑compliant travel and proactive disruption management. The role requires strong GDS proficiency and independent operation to meet corporate SLAs and traveler expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years corporate travel experience (preferred).
• Strong command of GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) and fare rules.
• Experience supporting executives, VIPs, or high-touch travelers.
• Ability to interpret and enforce corporate travel policies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis-management skills.
• High accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assists travelers with policy-compliant travel arrangements and cost-control priorities.
• Book and ticket air, hotel, car, and rail using Sabre/Amadeus/Apollo with accuracy and speed.
• Ensure bookings align with corporate travel policy and approval workflows; update procedures.
• Work and review Concur queues; handle complex changes and traveler profiles.
• Deliver white-glove service to executives and VIPs; manage complex itineraries.
• Reprotect travelers during delays, cancellations, or disruptions with minimal downtime.
• Support traveler tracking, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.
• Liaise with airline, hotel, and car partners to secure preferred arrangements.
• Maintain traveler profiles, booking notes, receipts, and post-trip documentation.
