Job summary

Corporate Travel Management, Inc. is seeking a Travel Consultant to provide premium travel services for VIP executives, handling domestic and international air, ground transport, and hotel arrangements. You will mentor junior staff and collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and knowledge of GDS systems, plus the ability to adapt during high-demand periods and crises. Flexible onsite/hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years travel counselor experience booking corporate/business travel.
• Experience with Sabre GDS required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine destination, itinerary, and services required.
• Arrange travel bookings (air, rail, car, hotel, seats) per client specifications.
• Understand international travel requirements, fares, and loyalty programs.
• Use a GDS or booking tools to quote costs and issue tickets.
• Quality check reservations before ticketing and resolve issues with leadership support.
