Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas seeks a VIP Concierge to manage reservations for shows, dining, cabanas, and limo services using the ARTS system. You will print itineraries, handle a multi-line phone system, and assist guests with reservations and room service requests.

You will ensure VIP requests are met, rooms are prepared for arrival, and the VIP check-in/out process runs smoothly. Strong customer service and LMS+ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year front desk or concierge experience preferred.
• One year experience with LMS+ systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Minimum one year customer service experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and LMS+ preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume phone lines and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Book VIP guest shows, dinners, cabanas, and limo services using ARTS.
• Print itineraries for guests when amenities are booked.
• Answer multi-line phone system and assist guests with reservations and requests.
• Ensure VIP requests are met and rooms are prepared for arrival.
• Facilitate efficient VIP check-in/out and resolve issues with minimal guidance.
• Obtain identification and payment for rooms and verify room preferences and charges.
• Coordinate with casino hosts for comps and amenities based on play.
