Job summary

The role requires excellent customer service, at least 1 year in front desk/concierge and LMS+ experience, plus proficiency with MS Word/Excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist VIP guests with reservations for shows, dining, cabanas, and limo services.
• Ensure VIP check-in/check-out is efficient and flawless.
• Confirm room reservations and verify amenities delivered.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and casino hosts to meet guest requests.
• Maintain lounge stock and prepare room keys and folios for guests.
