Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, and related experiences.
• Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele during venue visits.
• Coordinate operations with events team to deliver premium experiences.
• Maintain CRM records for House of Blues VIP clientele.
• Ensure VIP setup, seating, and signage as needed.
