Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a guest-focused team member for the House of Blues venue in Anaheim. You will contribute to a fast-paced service environment, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a welcoming guest experience while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle high-volume service, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Experience with POS systems is a plus and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• CA Food Handlers Card required.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen or food-service environments.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest experience.
• Perform opening/running/closing duties per service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries politely and promptly.
• Transport bussing and keep areas stocked and clean throughoutshift.
• Follow housekeeping and safety guidelines to ensure a safe guest area.
