Job summary

Salamander Collection in Aspen, CO is seeking a Bell Captain to oversee bell, valet and shuttle operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, coordinate transportation, supervise staff, and support front desk during busy periods.

The role requires a valid US driver’s license, strong communication, and the ability to train new hires on Salamander standards. This is a full-time, on-site position at the Aspen resort.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• US driver's license required.
• Experience with hotel software (OPERA Cloud, Nuvola, EZFacility, Sertifi, Salto) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with luggage and transportation around the resort.
• Oversee Bell, Valet, and Adventure Concierge operations.
• Coordinate and dispatch shuttle routes and golfcart requests.
• Assist Front Desk with check-ins/check-outs as needed by business demands.
• Train new hires on Salamander SOPs and standards.
• Manage staff schedules aligned with occupancy and events.
• Ensure vehicle fleet safety and maintenance compliance.
