The role emphasizes hospitality excellence, problem-solving, and strong communication, with duties spanning AM/PM shifts and weekend coverage in a premier Southern California resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in hospitality operations.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient knowledge of computer applications.
• Ability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Experience in concierge operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Concierge and VIP operations.
• Provide daily Concierge and Front Office support to ensure guest experience is memorable.
