Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel & Casino is seeking a customer-focused Retail Associate to greet guests, upsell products, and deliver superior service on the sales floor. You will handle transactions, manage inventory, and support store operations to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests to assess needs and provide product knowledge.
• Process transactions accurately including cash and card payments per PCI guidelines.
• Inspect merchandise for quality and assist with exchanges/returns per policy.
• Maintain store cleanliness, replenish stock, and keep dressing rooms and backrooms organized.
• Assist with inventory prep, counts, and re-counts.
• Resolve guest issues at store level and escalate to management or security when needed.
• Answer phones professionally and provide outlet information.
• Perform other duties as requested.
