The Ned’s Club DC is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the leadership team. You will support management in delivering consistent service standards across dining outlets and lead on the floor when managers aren’t on site.

You will oversee daily operations, stay knowledgeable about menus, and ensure a welcoming guest experience. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends with a focus on staff development and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Experience in food and beverage operations with a track record of delivering guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Experience training and developing staff across service roles.

Mansioni

• Assist management in maintaining delivery and improving service standards.
