Hard Rock Casino Rockford is seeking a professional Server to deliver exceptional personalized service in our Food Hall. The role requires greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders, and serving meals while maintaining a friendly, confidential, and polished demeanor.

Candidates should have at least two years of guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment, be at least 21, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Two years’ guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Must be able to obtain valid Food Handlers or Bassett certification.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to read and write English required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to stand most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service for all Food and Beverage operations.
• Present menus, suggest courses and drinks, and answer questions about food preparation.
• Take orders, serve meals, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain pleasant and courteous attitude and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Assist with clearing tables, bussing, and resetting stations as needed.
