Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford seeks a Server to deliver exceptional personalized service within our Food & Beverage operations. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, suggest courses and drinks, and ensure guest needs are met promptly while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

Expect to perform opening/closing duties, maintain cleanliness, assist with table setups, uphold sanitation standards, and provide VIP guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years' guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Ability to read and write English required.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to obtain valid Food Handlers or Bassett certification, as required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide superior guest service at all casino Food & Beverage operations.
• Present the menu, suggest courses and drinks, and answer questions about food preparation.
• Take orders, offer drinks, and ensure timely service with attentiveness to guest needs.
• Maintain a pleasant and courteous attitude and uphold sanitation standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and station setup, bussing, and cleaning as needed.
