Qualifications

• Two years’ guest service experience in a family or formal dining environment.
• Casino Food & Beverage experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Rockford.
• Greeting each guest and provide superior guest service for all Food & Beverage operations.
• Maintain pleasant and courteous attitude and complete opening/closing duties.
• Assist bussers in setting tables and clearing dishes per procedures.
• Present menus, suggest courses and drinks, answer questions on food prep.
• Take orders, serve meals, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
