Job summary

Nisqually Red Wind Casino seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the Player Development and Players Club departments, elevating guest experiences for high-value VIPs and growing the hosted player base. You will drive loyalty, design innovative engagement strategies, and coordinate hosting and promotional events across property.

You will collaborate with data teams to analyze performance, ensure compliance with policies, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in player development host programs.
• Minimum 5 years in sales-focused role.
• Creative, visionary mindset for loyalty and guest experience via events and promotions.
• Understand analytics for Player Development and host performance.
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean abstract as per policy.
• Knowledge of casino games, amenities, and promotions.
• Experience with CRM and guest services policy compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Player Development and Players Club departments.
• Utilize CRM tools to support telemarketing, sales, and guest relationships.
• Develop programs to drive hosted VIP adoption and loyalty.
• Deliver amenities to high-end guests per policies.
• Plan and execute annual VIP events and promotions calendar.
• Achieve revenue goals through high-end play and retention.
• Keep guests informed of events via mail, email, calls, and in-person.
• Coach and develop Player Development team; report to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulated processes and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Data team for analyses related to Player Development.
• Oversee VIP event logistics, invitations, hosting, and reporting.
