Muckleshoot Casino Resorts invites an experienced marketing leader to drive Player Development, aligning with brand strategy and guest experience goals. You will oversee operations, collaborate with other departments, and develop staffing and budgets to maximize engagement and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a focus on guest loyalty, with responsibilities spanning planning, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
• Seven (7) years of player development experience with at least three (3) years involving management of casino promotions and events and player retention.
• Multi-language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify MUCKLESHOOT CASINO RESORT’s values and deliver exceptional guest service and professionalism.
• Assist the Chief Marketing Officer with strategic leadership for Player Development operations and departmental strategies.
• Plan, implement and oversee all Player Development operations to improve guest experience and revenue.
• Hire, train, and direct player development staff to meet objectives and staffing needs.
• Assess initiatives and devise strategies to increase revenue in line with organizational goals.
• Research marketing trends and regulatory updates to maintain competitive advantage.
