Qualifications

• Three to five years of Casino Host experience preferred.
• Ability to read/write/speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Vietnamese sufficiently.
• Must pass background check and licensing by the Delaware Lottery.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Able to stand for an eight-hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to bend/reach/push/pull as needed; flexible schedule.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and communicate well with guests and staff.
• Handle guest compliments and complaints and report to leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Establish, coordinate, and lead events for high-limit guests.
• Maintain knowledge of machines, table games, promotions, and events.
• Generate incremental business through written communication and telemarketing.
• Maintain casino-floor presence, engaging high-value guests and monitoring guest experience.
• Review confidential guest profiles to determine needs and opportunities daily.
• Create a positive atmosphere and host- guest relationships.
• Assist in recognizing guests and issuing comps as authorized.
• Handle guest concerns and report incidents to leadership.
• Communicate effectively with team and guests; maintain confidentiality.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
