Job summary

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant.
• Assist guests with reservations, cake orders, and special requests and communicate to management.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, house count, table numbers, dress code, and restaurant hours.
• Answer phones and manage the reservation book with accuracy.
• Ensure menus are current and replace outdated menus.
• Communicate guest needs to kitchen and management for smooth operation.
• Check back with guests and manage seating readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas; close with proper post-shift procedures.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.
