Job summary

MGM Springfield, part of MGM Resorts International, seeks a Casino Executive Host to maintain and enhance our elite guest base while delivering personalized experiences. You will assess player activity, grant appropriate comps, and coordinate with hotel operations to ensure seamless stays.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in hotel, casino marketing, or VIP services, and is comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

1+ year of prior experience in hotel operations, casino marketing, VIP services or table games.
Willing to work flexible schedules including days, swing shifts and weekends/holidays.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Evaluate customer activity to grant comps and incentives (rooms, food, events, chips, free play).
Maintain and develop the customer base through regular personalized service.
Greet guests during check-in/check-out, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
Process reservations in OPERA and PATRON systems.
Attend events to support marketing efforts and engage guests.
Resolve disputes and ensure regulatory compliance.
