Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Executive Casino Host at Harrah's Hoosier Park in Anderson, IN. This on-site role focuses on building relationships with high-value players, increasing VIP activity, and delivering outstanding service to maintain top-tier client profitability.

The host will supervise none, while developing new members and coordinating events to ensure revenue growth and guest satisfaction across the casino's premium segment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; able to interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the gaming amenities of the top VIPs and manage their expectations.
• Build and maintain relationships with coded VIP players to drive loyalty and revenue.
• Plan, coordinate and execute events, promotions, and sales initiatives to attract high-end players.
• Administer VIP benefits and provide personalized sales and service to VIP guests.
• Maintain proactive contact with VIP guests via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Aim to meet and exceed departmental and individual sales goals.
