Job summary

Caesars Entertainment's Harrah's Hoosier Park is seeking a Surveillance Operator for full-time on-site work in Anderson, Indiana. You will monitor casino floor activities, respond to incidents, and document events.

The role requires confidentiality, ability to report irregularities, and willingness to work varied shifts; candidates must be 21+, pass drug tests, and hold a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a drug test and be able to pass random drug tests while employed.
• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months’ related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license from the Indiana Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Monitor screens transmitting views of the gaming facility.
• Adjust monitor controls and report malfunctions.
• Maintain close surveillance of all gaming and non-gaming activities.
• Complete written reports during the shift.
• Report illegal and unusual activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or appropriate authority.
• Follow instructions from Surveillance Supervisor and Surveillance Shift Manager.
