Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and through written communications.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior level of guest service.
- Identify, solicit and register high-end players.
- Assist premium customers with reservations and amenities.
- Work closely with casino operations to recognize high limit players.
- Act as a guest liaison and resolve issues.
- Maintain visibility throughout the facility during shifts.
- Maintain knowledge of Indiana gaming regulations and Horseshoe Indianapolis policies.
- Execute on and off-property premium player promotions, events, and programs.
