Job summary

Bally's in Dover, DE seeks a Marketing - Player Development professional to manage premium patrons, drive trips, and enhance VIP engagement. You will resolve high-end requests, coordinate special services, and promote the player club while building relationships to increase visits.

This on-site role requires weekend and night availability and a background check for licensing. Starting compensation is $43,888 annually, with responsibilities across events, promotions, and guest services to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or better in Marketing or related field.
• Sales management skills and strong customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must work weekends, holidays and nights as needed.
• Must pass background check and obtain a license from the DE Lottery.
• Must have knowledge of Windows programs such as Word, Excel and Access.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Initiates phone contact with premium patrons to drive trips.
• Resolves high-end patrons' requests and disputes.
• Maintains a detailed record of premium patron comments.
• Welcomes guests and provides exceptional customer service.
• Develops relationships with VIP casino guests to increase visits.
• Oversees hotel upgrades for arriving guests.
• Coordinates complimentary services for identified guests.
• Meets and greets players on the casino floor and at events.
• Promotes club cards and assists with enrollment forms.
• Attends marketing functions and supports promotions as required.
• Greets jackpot winners and coordinates publicity.
• Ensures safety and communicates with colleagues and guests.
