Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Springfield, MA seeks a Casino Marketing Coordinator to assist guests and casino executives with reservations and provide personalized service throughout their stay.

You will work in a vibrant casino environment, applying 1+ years of casino marketing or guest services experience to enhance guest experiences and drive VIP engagement. This full-time role offers room for growth and industry exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience as a Casino Marketing Coordinator.
• 1+ Years of Prior experience in Casino Marketing, VIP Services or Guest Services.
• Willing and able to work a Full-Time schedule of Day/Swing shift: 10AM/12PM - 6PM/8PM including weekends and holidays with Mondays and Tuesdays off.
• Proficiency with Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer the ACD line in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Assist guests with booking, changing, and inquiring about reservations for hotels, restaurants, nightlife, golf, limousines, and other amenities.
• Issue complementary amenities based on casino guidelines and evaluate casino play to understand guest needs.
• Promote the property's outlets and amenities while educating guests on local attractions and entertainment options.
• Ensure guest information is accurate and up-to-date, including profiles and preferences.
• Settle accounts during checkout according to comp criteria and input from Casino Hosts.
• Collaborate with various departments, such as casino hosts, VIP services, and special events, to enhance guest experiences.
• Resolve guest requests and complaints promptly, following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas and comply with departmental policies and procedures.
