Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of casino hosting experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Determine and evaluate customers’ casino activity to provide incentives and approvals of comps and allowances.
• Maintain and grow the property’s customer base to support development efforts.
• Manage customers’ reservations using VIPR/AUTOCAB, OPERA & PATRON systems.
• Attend special events to promote marketing efforts and greet guests.
• Resolve disputes and ensure compliance with company policies.
