Job summary

You will maintain goodwill, inform guests of property events, and support promotions while actively engaging target players to introduce them to Total Rewards and direct mail programs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with target guests through the VIP contact strategy.
• Maintains proactive communications with target guests via outbound calls, meetings, emails and letters.
• Sells and promotes offers, amenities, events and promotions to guests.
• Drives loyalty and revenue for target guests across properties.
• Uses all systems to track guest contacts and reservations.
• Promotes Total Rewards programs and membership.
