Job summary

Wind Creek Montgomery is looking for a Player Services Representative to support high-volume cash and non-cash transactions while delivering outstanding guest service. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 19+ years of age, and hospitality experience, with strong math and cash handling skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or must complete GED within six months of start date.
• Must be nineteen (19) years of age or older.
• Hospitality or guest service experience in hotels, restaurants, casinos, etc. is required.
• Proficient in math; a skills test will be administered and a passing score of 70% is required.
• Six (6) months of cash handling experience is required.
• Knowledge of currency counter operation is preferred.
• Must be able to use a computer and related peripherals (printers).
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Professional and articulate in presenting promotions to guests.
• Must be mature, trustworthy, and maintain confidentiality; strong guest service skills.
• Must understand gaming facility goals and maintain professional appearance.
• Must pass job interview and guest service audition.
• Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
• Must be willing to travel and participate in training as required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand/walk for the shift; able to work in a smoky environment.
• Must have or be able to obtain a Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Provides outstanding guest and associate service while performing duties and conveying property information to guests.
• Enrols new guests in current promotions and in the computer system for direct mail campaigns.
• Provides guest information on the Player's Club cards, points, promotions, and events.
• Assists in promotions by redeeming prizes and issuing vouchers through CMP system.
• Maintains hospitality standards per Wind Creek Hospitality's Best Operating Practices.
