Wind Creek Wetumpka is seeking a Promotions and Special Events Specialist to assist the Promotions and Special Events Manager in executing all promotions and events across Wind Creek Hospitality Properties. The role includes staffing events, embracing a friendly, outgoing demeanor, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating New Year’s Eve and VIP events, maintaining collateral, and ensuring compliance with reporting and paperwork for winners.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Six (6) months Customer Service experience required.
• Six (6) months casino experience preferred.
• Must pass an interview panel on communication, guest services, and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with execution of promotions and special events for Wind Creek Hospitality Properties.
• Act as entertainer and mascot for the property.
• Coordinate promotions and events by staffing, vendor contact, and equipment purchases.
• Keep promotional collateral and Digital Media up to date at the property.
• Provide excellent guest services based on the 3 Keys and GET.
• Complete paperwork for promotion winners including releases and IRS forms.
