Job summary

NorthPointe Hospitality is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to welcome guests and assist them to and from their rooms, ensuring a comfortable and seamless stay. You will provide information about hotel features, local attractions, and dining options while coordinating with the front desk and valet as needed.

The role emphasizes attentive, courteous service, guest recognition, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment, with daily duties such as greeting guests and delivering items to rooms.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly at entrance/lobby.
• Assist guests to/from accommodations and with luggage.
• Provide information on hotel features and local attractions.
• Support front desk and other departments as needed.
• Coordinate with valet for guest arrivals/departures.
• Recognize returning and VIP guests and welcome them back.
• Maintain cleanliness of front entrance and lobby.
