Job summary

NOPSI Hotel is seeking a Bellman/Valet to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to rooms while promoting hotel services. The role requires load handling, courteous communication, and the ability to work varied shifts, including overnight periods as needed, in a fast-paced lobby environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining the lobby area, assisting with luggage, and coordinating with front desk for seamless guest experiences, including airport transfers and vehicle care

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Show guests to room, assist with luggage.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and services to guests.
• Check luggage for hotel guests (day and overnight).
• Maintain lobby and bell stand areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Open doors and greet guests with a friendly, courteous manner.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms; assist with airport transfers as needed.
• Assist with valet parking and vehicle handling.
• Support front desk with key inventory and daily operations as required.
