Strong customer service and a neat appearance are essential. Responsibilities include handling guest requests, arranging transportation, and supporting safety and guest comfort during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in parking, hospitality, or a similar customer service field is beneficial.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with luggage and support check-in/check-out for a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate transportation and coordinate with front desk and valet staff.
• Respond to guest requests with courtesy and timely service.
• Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure safe, orderly entrances and exits.
• Support safety procedures and assist during emergencies when needed.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
