Job summary

Towne Towne is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist hotel guests with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests professionally, help with directions and inquiries, and maintain a neat, welcoming service area.

Responsibilities include assisting with room changes when needed, providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions, and ensuring timely delivery of messages and guest amenities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read and write English proficiently.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic with money.
• Ability to greet guests and communicate professionally.

Responsibilities

• Bell Attendant provides hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests within five feet using proper etiquette and guest names where possible.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and inquiries.
• Open doors for guests and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
