Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners seeks a friendly Bell Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and help transport items within the hotel.

You will explain hotel facilities, answer questions, handle luggage, and support front desk operations with punctual, courteous service across shifts. A valid driver's license is preferred for van duties; second language skills are a plus. Prior experience in hospitality is recommended.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Customer service in a guest-contact role preferred.
• Ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries.
• Ability to drive vans, limousines and cars with a valid license.
• Second language may be desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Help guests with luggage to/from rooms.
• Explain hotel facilities, hours, and answer questions.
• Check luggage for day and overnight.
• Maintain lobby stations and cleanliness.
• Post daily events and entertainment boards in the lobby.
• Maintain interdepartmental shift log.
• Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms.
• Oversee airport van pick-ups/drop-offs and vehicle inspections.
• Perform the duties of a valet.
• Assist front desk with key inventory.
